The students should not rely on sources that may have been written long time ago since these may no longer be applicable at present. Sources should be the most recent in order to make certain that all the latest developments regarding the study and the students’ work would become even more significant.
The work that your students would submit should be brief yet the essence should still be there. Students may just use ideas that are actually part of their sources.
